Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. lived a short life but in his short years on this earth he achieved more than most of us can dream. He was a pastor, a civil rights leader, and a noble prize winner at the age of thirty-five. Dr. King’s strong belief in doing right for others was visible in his speeches, interviews, and actions. Dr. King had his own dream and inspired by Ghandi’s success with non-violent activism; he sought equal rights for all.
I watched old interviews and speeches online and there were many things I noticed about Dr. King. He listened to questions carefully and answered eloquently. He gave intelligent and thoughtful answers to political questions aimed at him from reporters.
