How do you relax? There are many ways that one can relax and the pictures above show two different ways to find relaxation. The first picture shows my father-in-law in a kayak. I took this picture from a rowboat floating alongside him on the lake. There is a lot of peace in nature. The calm of the water combined with the scenic picture painted by Mother Nature provides a tranquil environment for us to enjoy. Upon closing the eyes the ears are serenaded by the sound of birds chirping, frogs croaking, and fish splashing in the water. The song nature composes is available to us every day if we allow ourselves the time to just listen.

The second picture is of a simple candle. One of the ways we can relax at home is by lighting a little candle. The one above is called “Tranquil” and it does lighten the mood in my home. Maybe adding some light music to soothe the ears would add to the relaxing atmosphere. Close your eyes and let your senses take over. Calm your mind, take a breath, and unwind. It is amazing how alert the senses are when the mind is relaxed. The scent of tranquility plus the beat of music flow together to create a harmonious aura in any room.

    This looks great. Whenever I am trying to relax I always get a nice massage! It really calms me down and makes me very relaxed. Nothing like some massage gel and a hot bath! Thanks for the post!
